Sales & Business Development Associate is responsible for generating sales leads and driving revenue growth. The Sales & Business Development Associate will prospect and launch initial contact with new business leads through market research, telephone calls, social media, and email

JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Lead generation
Identify opportunities to increase sales volume
Record sales activities and results in CRM system
Achieve weekly lead generation goals
Partner with Sales Manager to develop creative strategies to grow business.
Attend, prepare, and manage vendor appointments at Trade Shows (some travel) and participate in Sales meetings
REQUIREMENTS
2 yrs. Retail or Wholesale experience within the Apparel Industry, especially within Sales or Merchandising
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, friendly, and professional demeanor
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel)
Strong interpersonal skills and a true team player with outstanding phone skills
