We’re Seeking an Extraordinary Brand Experience Associate!

Avocado is pioneering a new kind of shopping experience with our multifaceted flagship location in Santa Monica, CA! We're looking for Brand Experience Associates to join our team.

What you’ll do:

⏵ Assist customers and provide exceptional customer experience (educate with product/order information, recommendations, and resolve/de-escalate issues);

⏵ Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise; Stay up-to-date with all products and procedures;

⏵ Work with the Brand Manager to maintain and receive inventory;

⏵ Assist with planning and executing events & community programs;

⏵ Follow up with customers through Zendesk and ensuring a wholesome experience by being a resource to them;

⏵ Assist team with managing the daily workload of responding to customer emails whenever possible

⏵ Assist with suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service. Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams such as tech, marketing, design, and product in order to constantly improve the customer experience;

⏵ Accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals;

⏵ Perform other duties as assigned.

⏵ 2+ years of in-person customer service experience (e.g. in a retail environment).

⏵ Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform (Zendesk) is a plus.

⏵ Be passionate about our brand’s values of healthy living, environmental awareness, and social responsibility.

⏵ Excellent verbal and written communicator with a passion for people.

⏵ Positive attitude and possesses a no task is too small mentality.

⏵ Self-starter; Resilient, entrepreneurial spirit.

⏵ Eager to be at the front line of a fast-paced and growing brand.

⏵ Mac and Google suite proficiency is also a plus!

⏵ Must have a flexible schedule to work some weekends and holidays.
