Job Description
Reporting to the VP – Commercial NA, you will be a senior member of BOA’s Global Commercial Team. The Commercial Team builds strategic partnerships with brand partners to grow BOA’s market share (models/volume) across key Brand Partners and segments. You will focus on the Athletic and Outdoor segments of BOA’s North American business and lead a small team of regional Account Managers. Your time will be split between managing your own key Brand Partner accounts and leading a team who manages accounts within your segments of responsibility.

YOU WILL
• Inspire, mentor and lead a team of account managers on all aspects of building BOA’s business (relationship development, solution development, planning, building the BOA brand)
• Work with your direct reports to set and review performance/development goals, discuss feedback regularly throughout the year, and formally summarize during performance reviews
• Build the business with key Brand Partners (BPs) to meet 2YR and 5YR revenue plan, and guide model adoption and line plan commitments to align to the goals of BOA’s strategy
• Contribute to annual planning process with quarterly updates, and create annual strategic plans for key BPs
• Develop relationships with strategic BP contacts across product/marketing/operations from C-Suite down
• Align BPs to BOA’s Commercial and Brand Guidelines focusing on positioning, representation and messaging
• Lead the sell-in process through creation and delivery of professional presentations
• Work with BOA’s Customer Product Development team to apply solutions to brand partner products that transform fit and performance
• Ensure development process is strategic by prioritizing new model resources, aligning Brand Partner development calendars with proposed segment plan and supporting BOA’s development process from end to end
• Work with BOA’s regional trade marketing teams on product launches and trade shows
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing BOA’s CRM platform, completing required reporting, and presenting business updates for different audiences at BOA

YOU HAVE
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of account management, sales or product marketing experience
• Exposure to and experience working with product development teams within the Outdoor or Athletic industries
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading a team
• Authentic interest and passion in at least one of the Athletic and Outdoor segments (Run, Trail Run, Hike, Court Sports)
• The ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people
• Comfort and experience providing public presentations
• Ability/flexibility to travel domestically up to 25%, and internationally one time per year
