OVERVIEW
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring all marketing efforts in tandem with/as directed by, the Chief Brand Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish strategic product launch planning strategy, including the development of product positioning and launch approach defined by target market information.
Plan the seasonal and yearly integrated marketing calendar, focusing on cross-channel campaign strategy and end-to-end execution that brings the products and the brand to life across all touch points.
Identify, recommend and execute strategies to raise brand awareness, driving sales across all sales channels.
Monitor budget allocated to department
Facilitate user research to inform marketing strategy.
Manage a team to support Wholesale retail marketing efforts and events.
Work with Art Director & Digital Marketing Director to align on an omnichannel approach to seasonal & yearly plans.
Provide detailed reports on goals/benchmarks that align with sales channel projections and goals.
Work closely with Digital Marketing Director on Email, SMS, Paid Ad efforts.
Oversee marketing team and marketing strategies across the following channels to drive customer acquisition:Wholesale,Retail,Events,Influencer,Marketing,Athlete program, and Social Media
