We recently opened a San Clemente, CA office that primarily focuses on product design, development, and sales for both owned and licensed brands. While in the early stages, we are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a motivated sales coordinator who is ready to grow with us and help pave the way to success.

Mission:
The mission of the Sales Coordinator is to help drive Future Stitch revenue while elevating customer loyalty & satisfaction.

Role:
The Sales Specialist will provide assistance to the Director of Brands and General Manager by handling the outbound account management functions (National Accounts, Regional Chains and Specialty) for all house and licensed brands. The Sales Specialist will be responsible to provide timely and accurate reports to support all sales needs.

Objectives:

General Functions
• Wholesale customer service, invoicing, and credit card collection
• Answering and resolve inbound phone call inquiries for general wholesale customer service support
• Issuing and managing all RAs
• Assisting in researching and resolving vendor chargebacks when necessary
• Tradeshow and Event planning, travel, and set up when required
• Other duties as assigned

Assist Director with managing and maintaining the current and future order book
• Managing past cancel report
• Hold for confirmation reports
• Bulk order maintenance
• Allocation Maintenance

Build and send:
• Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Sales Reports
• ATS reports
• Order forms
• Order acknowledgements
• Assortment plans
• Sell thru reporting
• Inventory aging reports
• Suggested orders / style replacement

Assist / manage the sending of sales tools including but not limited to:
• Samples for accounts, reps and tradeshows
• Foot flats / foot mannequins.
• Catalogs

Outcomes:
• Q2 2022: Master current data systems (Cin7, QB, Faire, OMS, etc.)
• Q3 2022: Develop integration of current data systems
• Q4 2022: Create data system automation connecting information directly to both co-workers and clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrates a professional attitude in regard to communication, teamwork, and ownership of tasks
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do what is needed to get the job done
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while still being able to prioritize projects and manage own time
• Strong computer skills including Power Point or Keynote; highly proficient in Excel
• Brandboom, Faire, or other B2B experience strongly preferred. (NuOrder, Elastic, Rep Spark, HubSoft)
• High aptitude for learning new systems & software
• Background in accessories, apparel or footwear strongly preferred
• Experience with Amazon is a plus
