We are currently recruiting Customer Experience Representatives to join our customer service AND retail team. This is a full-time job and will be located in downtown Whitefish, MT. The role consists of working day-to-day between a traditional office-based customer service role and working the retail floor.

Customer Service Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
• Answering high volumes of phone calls, emails, social media posts, & instant messages.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
• Helping customers set up accounts or resetting their passwords.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.
• Experience in Zendesk and Shopify a plus.

Retail Representative Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Responds to customer’s questions.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Processes payments over phone and/or in store.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• One year of customer service or retail preferred.
