Job Description
We are not your average sock brand. BooSocki was founded by legendary comedy entrepreneur Rob Dyrdek and Stance Co-Founder Taylor Shupe to deliver quality, artistic, comedic content that elevates morale and keeps people laughing. We drop weekly collections with some of the raddest artists that are guaranteed to surprise, delight, and maybe even slightly offend, the con-sumer. We are in the early stages of launching and are looking for a fun (and funny), motivated, entrepreneurial digital marketing manager to join our team.


Digital marketing will be at the forefront of building the BooSocki brand. You will be responsi-ble to deliver results that establish and drive the brand forward:

• Continuous traffic and sales growth attributed to earned, owned & paid media
• Measured by TBD metrics for ROAS, Traffic, Conversion, Retention & LTV
• 75K Followers on Instagram/Facebook by Q4 2020; 200K by Q2 2021
• 75K Email Database by Q4 2020; 200K by Q2 2021


• Social Media Strategy & Execution
• Create relevancy & authenticity on each social channel - building a growing fol-lower base and community
• Develop strategy to include objective & plan by platform (organic & paid), post cadence by channel, content types, community network, follower growth, product sales integration
• Execute & Maintain all social channels
• Social posts that align with strategy
• Community establishment & management
• Community engagement, including customer inquiries
• Set-up, maintain & report analytics / metrics / key performance indicators

• Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Identify & execute performance marketing opportunities to include paid social, google search, SEO, affiliate marketing
• Manage & Execute all paid social activities and campaigns
• Set-up, maintain & report analytics / metrics / key performance indicators

• Email Strategy & Execution
• Establish communication plan and subscriber growth strategy
• Manage & execute all email campaigns
• Set-up, maintain & report analytics / metrics / key performance indicators

• Content Creation
• Create photo and video content to support social channels (organic & paid)
• Craft brand voice to be used across all platforms (website product descriptions, social platform captions, etc.)
• Copywriting to support all marketing copy needs (social, email, website)
• Ability to direct external creatives (photo, video, copy), as needed

• Have an irreverent and witty sense of humor
• Are up-to-date on pop culture, trending memes, social media trends
• Have the ability to adapt and grow in an entrepreneurial environment
• Have basic photo/video/editing/graphic design skills (you do not need to have the creative vision for this content, but you need to get it done and ready to be post-ed)
• Have experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
• Have experience setting up Google Analytics
• Have experience creating Facebook Audiences and running FB and Instagram ad campaigns
• Can dial up the empathy and professionalism when it's time to interact with cus-tomers
• Are ready to roll up your sleeves, work hard and have fun while doing it
