About the job
We are a young contemporary women's clothing Wholesaler currently looking for a Sales Representative: someone who is proactive, creative, and motivated to work closely with our team to create and expand the brand.
Objective:
• Serves customers by selling merchandise; meeting customer needs
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works with existing accounts, writes orders, and establishes new clients by attending the trade shows and following them and organizing daily work schedule.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity, such as weekly reports.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; working with team to resolve issues.
• Developing and maintaining the existing product knowledge and sales materials.
• Attends Trade Shows and take orders with follow ups (such as traveling to accounts’ stores).
• Contributes to overall team productivity and morale.
Qualifications:
• Must have AA degree or more in Fashion Marketing or related field.
• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive and work independently with minimal supervision but also able to work effectively within a team environment.
• Experienced in Sales / Customer Service preferred
• Computer literate
• Legally eligible to work in the US
