About the job
One Plus One is a leading private label manufacturer for top tier brands across the action sports, streetwear and
fashion markets. The Accessories Division was started in 2014 and produces a wide variety of products ranging
from bags, footwear and various other items. The Printing and Embroidery Division was launched in 2019 as a
large-scale print and embroidery operation with multiple high-capacity automatic printing presses and embroidery
machines.
Position Summary
The employee will work directly with clients to provide them with price quotes, sales confirmations and invoices.
Acting as a liaison between the production manager and the client, the employee will also gather from the client the
information the production manager requires for each order, such as artwork assets and deadlines. The employee
will also manage ordering the blank products from the nominated suppliers as well as coordinating outbound
shipments with clients. The position requires a critical thinker and problem solver, with excellent organization, who
can work independently. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail oriented individual to grow with an
expanding company.
Key Duties
Customer Service
• Create price quotes, sales confirmations and invoices in the company’s online ERP platform
• Communicate with clientele regarding pricing, deadlines, order status and shipping
• Obtain payment and shipping authorizations from clients Purchasing
• Place orders with blank suppliers such as SanMar and S&S Activewear Logistics
• Generate UPS and FedEx shipping labels
Other
• Various administrative functions as needed/assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication (college graduate preferred)
• Experience with emailing in professional work setting
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be very detail oriented
• Excellent organization both independently and within a team environment
• Intermediate to Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be okay handling and moving large and heavy cartons
