As a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, you are motivated and passionate. You will use your strong creative and analytical skills to acquire profitable and engaged customers across multiple channels. As part of your role, you’ll work side by side with the rest of the marketing team including the creative, social media, and brand team - and you will manage our digital agency and ecomm partners. Your expertise will directly impact the LUSSO CLOUD's growth strategy and success. How You Will Make a Difference

+ Lead and support implementation of paid marketing strategies. Manage day to day management and optimization of marketing initiatives on paid media channels.
+ Manage implementation of tactics for optimizing paid acquisition cross-channel KPIs Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and landing page source reports. Set up robust reporting & automation to improve operational efficiency
+ Work to ensure that all investments across performance channels are setup and tracked properly and can be effectively measured in line with Finance guidance
+ Lead strategy for paid media creative asset production
+ Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition through new channels
+ Learn and implement best practices and methodologies across existing channel partners
+ Partner with other members of the organization, marketing and operations team leaders to build and executive strategic campaign launches and test to drive key cross-functional initiatives.
+ Develop test structure and provide recommendations for campaign set up.
+ Build and manage relationships with external agencies.
+ Report on performance metrics on a weekly basis, investigate any anomalies, and provide actionable insights into campaign performance to key stakeholders
+ Adopt knowledge of all changing marketplace conditions, consumer trends, research/measurement evolutions, and media tech
+ Work with senior management to drive overall marketing strategy

Skills for Success

+ 6+ years of Performance Marketing experience in and a strong understanding of all major performance marketing channels, specifically acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing with display, retargeting and funnel optimization
+ Extensive experience managing major digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon, etc.)
+ Demonstrated experience improving the performance of paid campaigns through optimization, automation, and creative
+ Strong analytical skills with consultative approach. Capability to transform online KPI data into actionable insights and execute upon them; demonstrated experience using KPIs/web analytics to impact digital business
+ Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations for client business growth
