Bianchi USA is looking for an energetic, professional person to join our growing team as an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative.
Job requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales
• Candidate should excel at problem solving and finding solutions
• Manage and efficiently process customer orders
• Have excellent people skills in person and on the phone
• Strong writing skills is a must
• Partner with outside rep to grow Bianchi sales to customers and dealers
• Participate as needed at industry and retailer events
Position is based at the Bianchi USA office in California and requires attendance at the office.
