SAN DIEGO, CA (January 2007) — At this season’s ASR tradeshow, occurring January 25-27 at the San Diego Convention Center, Boost Mobile once again presents the Goldbox Mission (Booth # 1539) – a space to showcase underground creativity, forward thinking brands, and custom inspired products in the action sports arena. During the first two days of the show, Boost Mobile will bring in artists Claw Money and George Thompson of RVCA’s Artist Network Program to sign limited edition prints for ASR tradeshow attendees.
Inside the Goldbox Mission, Boost Mobile will showcase ongoing projects and collaborations including the brand’s limited edition collection of lifestyle accessories, with Livity Outernational (an environmentally focused brand of clothing and accessories made from organic materials such as natural raffia straw, organic cotton, recycled plastics and hemp) and Denim Design Lab (DDL) (an innovative "denim-centric" brand which encourages artistic expression with denim as the raw canvas upon which to create)
Boost Mobile’s support of a creative lifestyle, culture and attitude is wholeheartedly represented by the Goldbox Mission. Show goers are invited to come hang out in the lounge, listen to music, check out some of the company’s collaborative efforts and enjoy refreshments compliments of Boost Mobile and Paper Magazine. In addition to artwork from the newest additions to the Boost artist content collaboration family, Claw Money and George Thompson of RVCA’s Artist Network Program, work from Madsteez and the Los Angeles-based crew AWR/MSK representatives SABER, RETNA and REVOK will be featured. Also on display will be Boost Mobile’s newest handsets featuring the wallpapers by the artist partners, exclusively for Boost Mobile soon to be available on<> .

Native New Yorker, Claw Money is a staple of the New York art scene who, in addition to her successful styling career, has recently developed an exclusive clothing line, Claw Money that is sold internationally. George Thompson born in Memphis, Tennessee and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for most of his life joined RVCA in 2003. In 2004 he relocated to the RVCA headquarters in Costa Mesa, where he now works in their on-site studio and has officially become a California transplant. His artwork is a tedious mixture of hand and computer illustrations, where he tries to create a balance between classic and modern styles. Both Claw Money and George Thompson are slated to collaborate with Boost Mobile on a number of upcoming projects
