NXTagency Announces Addition of New Team Members

NXTagency, a motorsports-focused marketing firm, announced the recent addition of Gregg DiLeo as VP Marketing and Justin Fierro as Senior Account Executive to their team.

Gregg DiLeo draws from an eclectic background of corporate and brand identity development, marketing and creative direction within many facets of the action sports and youth cultures.  He was creator of Division 23 Snowboards and a founder of Forum Snowboards, two of the fastest growing snowboard companies in the snowboard industry. Both companies have had some of the most substantial impact on the sport of snowboarding and have taken use of brand identity to new levels within the sport. He was also co-founder of Imagewerks, a leading action sports and youth culture brand identity, marketing and advertising agency that was later acquired by McCann Erickson Advertising. While with Imagewerks, Gregg worked with a diverse group of clients including Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Scion, Activision, Converse and K2 Snowboards.

Justin Fierro most recently worked as Senior Account Manager at SponsorHouse.com, working with brands to ensure their grassroots marketing/ sponsorship initiatives were executed effectively online. Justin brings a vast amount of experience in account management, bridging the gap between the client and the multitude of online and traditional marketing opportunities that exist within today’s Motorsports and Action Sports markets. Prior to SponsorHouse, Justin had run Motocross sponsorship/ marketing programs for such brands as No Fear, Sidi Boots and CEET Graphics.
