Origin Appoints New Art Director for Montreal Office

Following an exhaustive search for a creative professional with the right mix of mountain sport experience and passion, Origin is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Peacock to the position of Art Director in its Montreal office.

Kevin (who found us through Malakye.com) boasts a wealth of experience gained in some of Canada's best known advertising agencies as well as a solid foundation in snowsports and mountain resort advertising. While Kevin's interest in combining his passions for both design and skiing was piqued after a stint in Whistler's notorious Toadhall Studios, his subsequent degree in Advertising from The Portfolio Center led him to art director positions at the Jackson Hole advertising firm of Riddell Sollitt and Partners, at both BBDO and Taxi in Montreal and most recently at Orage Ski where he lead that company's design team. His previous roles have had him directing and contributing to the design development of brands such as Telus, Milk Producers of Quebec, Mini, Bell Canada and mountain specific brands Yakima, Marmot, Maxim Climbing, Orage and Rock Resorts.

Kevin is currently living in Ireland and will be taking on the leadership role in Origin effective January 5. We look forward to applying his talents to our clients' projects in both the Montreal and Whistler studios.
