Life Rolls On Foundation Culminates 2009 Adaptive Surfing Season at They Will Surf Again-New Jersey
Life Rolls On Foundation will present its season finale of They Will Surf Again at Rambler Road in Wildwood Crest, NJ on September 27 at 9 a.m. They Will Surf Again (TWSA) is an award-winning, quality of life program produced by Life Rolls On Foundation (LRO), which empowers quadriplegics and paraplegics with the opportunity to surf through the assistance of adaptive equipment and dedicated volunteers. Nearly 70 individuals are expected at this event, where they will they push the bounds of possibility despite paralysis.
“I am excited to attend our final They Will Surf Again event of the year,” said Life Rolls On founder Jesse Billauer, who will travel from Los Angeles, Calif. to support the program. “The East Coast community - particularly in New Jersey - has been extremely supportive of LRO, so I cannot think of a better place to celebrate our last adaptive surfing event of the season.”
TWSA has made a profound impact on the lives of thousands by demonstrating that even if the body is challenged, the human spirit continues to soar. They Will Surf Again-New Jersey will take place the day after the 4th Annual Life Rolls On Foundation East Coast Golf Tournament, scheduled for Saturday, September 26 at the Cape May National Golf Course.
