This Week on The Weekly Update with Boost Mobile:  The race for the ASP World Tour title tightens as frontrunner Joel Parkinson drops out early and world number-two Mick Fanning posts a big win at the Quiksilver Pro France.

In skate, the top three finishers at the New York City qualifier of the DC King of Series get invited to the King of Chicago final event. Plus, Brodie Penrod wins the pro-am division at Volcom Stone’s Wild in the Parks Championships. And artists convene behind the Orange Curtain for the one-of-a-kind “Which One’s Ping?” art show and ping pong tournament.

Our BMX coverage includes the Interbike tradeshow and NORA Cup Awards, held in Las Vegas.
