E&I: U.S. Olympic Snowboard Team Uniform

Burton goes with their version of the ”grunge look” for the 2010 U.S. Olympic snowboard team uniform design. The pants were designed to look like  real, worn, vintage denim, much like  jeans you would find at Abercrombie or Hollister. The jackets feature a “CHAD PLAID” design, both pieces feature Gore-Tex fabric.

“For the creation of the US Snowboard Team uniform, we listened carefully to the riders’ needs and used their input to ensure that the final fit, fabrics and overall design would maximize their performances and take these riders to the podium. It was also absolutely critical to ensure these Olympic uniforms were worthy of bearing the Burton name.” says Jake Carpenter founder of Burton Snowboards.
