"Work is a huge part of everyday life and for the majority of us we spend more time there than anywhere else, so it's not surprising that issues and tensions we have during the day are reflected in the types of dreams we are having," explains a dreams expert in an article from the Daily Mail in the UK. "It is really important to try to unwind after a hard day at work but that is easier said than done if something is playing on your mind."

We've all heard the cliche: you show up in your dreams to work or school wearing nothing but a tight pair of briefs. Well, according to the Daily Mail article, we experience dreams like this for a reason: "Trying to leave work at the office is proving to be a challenge for many...with research revealing that heavy workloads, conflicts and bosses all make an appearance in dreams."
