EMP: AVEX Hires Matt Patterson as Director of Sales

AVEX, a leading reusable water bottle brand for outdoor adventurers, grows its team with the hire of Matt Patterson as director of sales. In this new position, Patterson will lead the company’s sales strategy and product development.

Patterson’s career began at The North Face, first in retail management and then in the marketing department, where he provided creative direction for the marketing team and essential collateral for the sales team. He then worked as director of sales and marketing at Hydrapak, leading the launch of the Hydrapak OEM program. Most recently, Patterson was national sales manager at Chums and Beyond Coastal where he led sales efforts for both brands.

AVEX also announces Brianna Prosser as the new marketing associate. Prosser earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and previously worked as a product marketing specialist at Cision, the public relations software company.  Qualifications include a background in go-to-market strategy and experience with product launches, in combination with enthusiasm for running and the outdoor sports industry.
