B&Z: MTBParks Pass Celebrates Expanded Bike Park Participation in Second Season
MTBparks.com—the most comprehensive online guide to North American bike parks—continues a banner second season for the MTBparks Pass, in which more than 30 mountain bike parks across the United States and Canada have joined the program to offer pass holders free lift tickets and a wide range of other deals for one low price.
To celebrate, the site announced a Fall Ride Special promotion, giving riders access to the growing collection of North America’s Best Bike Parks participating in the 2015 MTBparks Pass program for only $99.
"As the leaves begin to change and the air turns crisp, riders scramble to squeeze in as many trips to the bike park as possible." said Michelle Good, MTBparks.com founder. "Many resorts across the country load bikes on the lifts well into October, so even if you didn't get an MTBparks Pass earlier, there's still plenty of time to take advantage of the pass and get more resort riding in at a great price, before the snow flies."

The MTBparks Pass is a single pass giving members one free day of riding at more than 30 resorts. Additional benefits include unlimited discounts on lift tickets upon subsequent visits at many participating parks as well as deals on bike shop retail and rentals, food and beverage, training and coaching programs, bikes and components, and more.
"The pass membership supports MTBparks.com continued mission to be the very best resource available to help riders plan those trips," said Michelle Good, MTBparks.com founder.
Good is the driving force behind the MTBparks Pass membership program, conceived as a way to support efforts to further develop the rider-driven MTBparks.com, a site she started as a labor of love to be a one-stop resource for lift accessed mountain biking. While Good has worked tirelessly to gain the support and participation of the resorts involved in the pass program, the site and the pass itself remain proudly independent, grown through the dedication and passion of a core group of riders.
"We're extremely grateful to have so many world-class resorts supporting a product that allows us to continue to improve MTBparks.com as a rider resource," said Good. "Especially during a time of exponential growth among lift-served bike parks. We have a lot of work to do!"

Other benefits include 21 percent off return visits to Keystone Bike Park, CO; 10 percent of return visits to Plattekill Bike Park, NY; and Whiteface Mountain, NY; and 2-for-1 buddy tickets at Big Sky, MT; and Stevens Pass, WA.
The MTBparks Pass normally retails for $149, but with the Fall Ride Special, can be purchased at store.MTBparks.com for only $99. The discounted price will automatically be applied to all orders.
"It's a unique spin on the traditional bike park season pass," said Good. "And it pays for itself in a matter of days, making it the best value in resort mountain biking."
