EMP: '47 Appoints New Collegiate Brand Manager, Scott Pierce
'47, a privately held premium sports lifestyle apparel and headwear brand, today announced the addition of Collegiate Brand Manager, Scott Pierce to its expanding ranks. Bringing with him robust experience in the college sports lifestyle industry, Scott will act as the primary point-of-contact for the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) and select colleges and universities to foster strong relationships while growing the business and increasing brand awareness.
Prior to joining ’47, Scott was Director of College Marketing, Licensing and Brand Management at J. America, a leading sportswear company in the Collegiate, Resort and High School markets.
As Collegiate Brand Manager, Scott’s responsibilities include building strategic growth plans for accounts, developing dynamic product in the competitive marketplace and brand positioning at retail. Scott will also spearhead hot market programs as needed, specific to the collegiate business.
