Experienced Sales and Development Professional. I have an extensive background in the wintersports, optical, bike, golf, outdoor, lifestyle, and truck/automotive accessories channels. I have managed teams as small as one and as many as 49+ with effective, profitable results.

I work with a great group of guys as they continue to develop the NY State Series. I provided feedback and brainstorming in their group environment, and help them procure new resources, expand their activity, and bring more value to the events. I also maintain the series social media presence at http://www.facebook.com/nysmtbseries.com with relevant content.

Eastern Regional Sales Manager

Sales and Account Support for strategic launch of DECKED Pick-up Truck Storage System. Focusing on Aftermarket Truck Accessory dealers, Truck Dealerships, Commercial Fleet Accounts, and Government (Law-Enforcement and Municipality) users.

Northeast Regional Sales Manager

Work with existing and new accounts to maximize their success. Manage sales territory for effective use of company resources. I provide additional support for the Brand Manager when required, as well as handling the direct report of our field marketing personel.

adidas Eyewear Business Development Representative

Pioneer new business with cycling and mountain biking retail channels. Corporate outreach and B2B within bike industry.

Bike Industry Sales & Development

Developing new business in big-box and alternate retail/wholesale channels while growing grassroots specialty retail. 
I also provide sales support to the 50+ TMaG (TaylorMade- adidas Golf- ashworth) sales reps and their customers with sell-in and sell-through. Leading efforts that are currently showing 12% growth 2011-2012 in Golf eyewear category.
I am launching a new sales management program with 28 adidas Team sales reps as they expand their eyewear sales in the School, University, and Team channel.
Designing workflow processes for duplicating these new business models with the Brand Director. Focus on action (snow/bike/ski) sports channels.
I am developing new sales programs and tools for our sales force of 60 reps for the specialty retail markets in bike, outdoor, run, and fashion. I have scripted internal video training assets and support materials to help with sales teams solicitations of accounts from single door to national level in scope.
Analysis of system sales data and re-packaging for presentation to internal and external audiences.
Assist with inventory planning and Go-to-Market planning including identifying expansion targets and product- channel selections.
I also work on sports marketing related activity: athlete sponsorship, event sponsorship and on-site activation, and contract review. Special focus on how sports marketing activity can be used to leverage sales more effectively. On-site activations at NYC Marathon Expo, Boston Marathon Expo (product sales and sports marketing support), UCI World Cup Expo (product sales, sports marketing and athlete support). Expo Sales growth for 3 consecutive years at Boston, 2 at NYC (we  missed 2012 for Sandy).

Business Development Manager- Key Accounts Retail

I work with existing and emerging e-commerce channels. The bulk of this is monitoring the various set-up protocols and timelines to make sure the back-end are set up efficiently.

I assist the Taylor Made/adidas Golf/Ashworth sales force with tournament and corporate business opportunities.
I provide secondary assistance with client events and consumer activity.

Tournament and Corporate Sales Liaison

I am part of a small group of mountain bike enthusiasts working towards the inaugural season, with races to commence spring 2013. I assist the league director with a little bit of everything, and drafted our winning bid for acceptance as one of three new Project Leagues for 2013.

Assisting with Project League Development- Focus on Venue Operations

I serviced the New England territory for what was one of the industry's first authentic freeride lines. I provided effective presentation and follow through to make sure the lines strengths showed, yielding strong sell through for our retail customers. I assisted management in recruiting additional inside sales reps and retail employees. I authored numerous policy and marketing materials for internal and client use. During my tenure as a company sales rep I grew their business 13% my first season, 22% the second, and maintaining a 94% overall profit ratio for the territory.

New England Sales & Service Representative

I made the world a better place by making sure people had the right riding and skiing gear.
Primary decision maker in snowboard category purchases (hard and softgoods) for 5 store chain.
Secondary support in team purchasing for ski hard and softgoods.
Manage a staff averaging 13 full and part-time associates; hiring, training, development, scheduling.
Direct email marketing activity with client base.
Attendance at Line Intros/NMI with multiple vendors for product and sales program development.

I processed sales data for SIA audits. I helped provide input into graphics and marketing of developing board lines. I particpiated in the planning and execution of the summer retailer event at Mt. Hood and Crystal Mtn. Basically, an intern does it all.
