•	McDavid brand business unit manager responsible for the growth and profitability of $60M in annual revenue
•	Lead 3-year brand growth strategies and annual operating plan development

•	Direct responsibility for growth and profitability targeted through top line volume and market share growth and cost management and reduction projects
•	Create and maintain product roadmaps by sales channel, customer, and product category
•	Lead all relevant new product development projects within the flush valve and flapper 
•	Coordinate product improvement and sustaining projects with all departments including Sales, Marketing Communications, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality
•	Define marketing, messaging, product packaging and additional forms of marketing communication
•	Hire, supervise, and mentor Product Management team members


Product Line Manager

•	Manage the line-up of over $200M Avery binder products in the U.S. through the product lifecycle

Senior Product Manager

•	Manage the full line-up of $125M Bosch laundry products in the U.S. through the product lifecycle with over 200K units built per year of high-end, high-efficiency laundry products and accessories.
•	Lead a product manager, product marketer, and a junior product manager, conducting performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and career development.
•	Collect and evaluate data through market research, collaborating with sales, key customers, development, and engineering to create product specifications for meeting defined market needs. 
•	Presented new products and proposed the suitable line-up to key accounts in distributors, buying groups, and big box retailers, including Lowe’s, Sears, and Best Buy.
