A passionate individual with over 15 years of marketing, sales and visual merchandising experience in the action sports and streetwear/lifestyle markets. I take great pride in seeing projects from concept to completion. I have a proven track record in building and managing a team which has been influential in establishing 20+ quarters of double digit growth and $1B in sales (NORA) at Vans. I have fulfilled roles in both retail and wholesale environments. 

My strengths include leading and driving marketing and visual merchandising strategies across multiple categories and distribution channels. I have a great deal of project management experience as I have been a key player in many custom shop in shop environments as well as retail store openings.
