I am an outgoing marketing, sponsorship and sales professional  who has been actively involved in surfing, skating and snowboarding for 20+ years, and have traveled around the world to pursue them. I am very goal oriented and relentless in achieving them.

Led 150+ agents and 3 offices for Keller Williams Cape Cod & the Islands. Added 38 agents to the company, increased production by 90 deals and $47M in volume in first year. Managed the entire leadership team, including 11 direct reports. Maintained growth in the number of agents. Built strong consultative relationships with agents falling within the top 20% of production and provided them with business development and financial management consulting, helping them make dramatic growth in their personal production and performance. Lead strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high producing and high potential real estate agents. Oversaw the hiring, leadership and development of the staff and ensured they were properly trained and held accountable to high performance standards. Managed and accelerated the financial performance of the office, making necessary adjustments to key financial indicators to maximize profitability. Promoted a strong learning based environment and ensured agents had access to top of the line training and educational opportunities. Managing Director & Team Leader

Specialize in the marketing and sales of residential real estate with a focus on luxury inventory. Analyze and determine property values of privately owned homes and bank owned assets. Generated over $60M in sales.

Responsible for devising, implementing and carrying out a business plan for the marketing, sales and servicing of $5M+ of inventory including all premium seating, sponsorships and naming rights related to the UCF Arena and its events. All sponsorship goals were met and premium inventory was sold out.

Managed ticket transactions for all Tampa Bay area events and various other events throughout Florida. Worked with individual and corporate sellers to facilitate their sales. Coordinated ticket packages for buyer pick-up. Managed on-site and off-site pick-up locations and staff.

Regional Operations Manager for Florida

Sold corporate packages, partnerships, luxury suites and season tickets. Managed and serviced accounts from date of sale. Generated over $300,000 of new business. Assisted in reaching a record setting company revenue goal of $35M in ’06-’07 season.

Corporate Account Manager

Contributed to media, print and email marketing campaigns, ticket promotions and the ‘05-‘06 Season Ticket Holder Brochure. Developed grassroots event marketing initiatives and created the theme for opening night.

Marketing Intern

Managed marketing and sales efforts to develop new revenue opportunities for celebrity and charitable golf tournaments. Responsibilities included marketing project conceptualization and execution, sponsorship and tournament sales, and partnership development.
