OPERATION MANAGER
•	Implemented and rolled out all operating systems for LIRA brand, overseeing our ERP, B2B, eCommerce Shopify website, and third-party operating system.
•	Managed wholesale accounting software for inventory and order management tools for the entire staff and sales team. 
•	Negotiated all contracts with all third-party software providers, managed daily activity between system providers.  
•	Managed and updated our B2B & B2C systems for all accounts and sales representatives.
•	Oversaw daily connectivity between all systems monitoring daily usage and proper system flow. 
•	Implemented replica Salesforce lead retrieval database and account follow up system for the sales team.
•	Monitored daily replica salesforce system, including forecasts, reports, deal memos, etc.
•	Rolled out Drop Ship programs with NORDSTROM {DSCO} and PACSUN {Hingeto} systems.

•	Responsible for the concept of the development of small tech startup. 
•	Concept and develop a social eCommerce website for the pet-focused consumer. 
•	Marketed and acquired over 3200 subscribers during its operations over one year. 
•	Outsourced and managed a team of 2 creative leads developing the overall creative brand direction.
•	Hired and managed a team of 3 outside developers managing the day to day operations for the development of subscription website. 
•	Outsourced and oversaw 3PL for month package subscription. 
•	Lead all fundraising initiatives for company pitching to potential investors.

•	Sourced and oversaw all purchasing of inventory, working closely with vendors for innovative products USA Made!
