Help Manage and Rebrand Swiss Gear
-I am challenge to help built and re-invent the next Swiss Gear Pack by rebranding their packs and    Hardware, and creating smart new innovative that help them stands out among other brands. 
-Designs Pack for Swiss Gear; day laptop pack, school packs, luggage, duffles, rolling duffles, 
-Engineer and Develop hardware and hardwood products for Swiss Gear with concepts and CAD
-Trends research and Forecast.   
-Brand development, Business strategy with products search to keep up with competitors.
-Sourcing of new Technology and factories

Sr. Lead Product Designer/Product Manager, Carson, CA
	Work with the Maxpedition Team to help develop new product lines for each fiscal year
	Manage design of both soft goods and hard goods products. 
	Perform market and trend research and analysis, develop strategies and translate into new and innovative products. 
	Provide engineering solutions and guidance to design team, for both soft and hard good products based on design -techniques, materials and sourcing experience.
	Work closely with and mentor junior designers.
	Manage outsourced projects, to design firms and freelance designers, and ensure that projects and adhere to established product development schedules.
	Work closely with Marketing to help develop brand awareness using SEO to target tactical product marketplace.
	Develop tech packs and CAD files of products for domestic vendors and oversea factories.
	Define product features and technical download of product features to marketing 
	Manage quotes from oversea factories and negotiate pricing of bags for targeted FOB.
	Work with sales director and online sales data to determine product performance, improve weak performing products and identify need and opportunities for new products.


Lead Product Designer/ Product Manager

-Brand building, strategy  and help plan to develop new products for their ecomerce business and clients like Macy, overstock, Airline companies, Groupon, Amazon, and others online stores.
-Product I have designs: Camping, Hiking, school packs, Hunting, tactical packs, fishing, Laptop cases, gun cases Hardcase luggage and soft cases luggages.
-Test product for durability and quality by field testing, 
-Lead and assist Team with new and current Technology in developing new products with fabrics, Techniques, materials.
-Mentor a couple of juniors and help account managers with brand strategies
