•	Created the VICE (Virtual Image Creation Engineer) team, hiring in new talent and upskilling existing team members to manage the growing virtual prototype demands
•	Led the development of extended sizing (0-20) for women’s, bringing inclusivity and diversity to the Women’s product line
•	Produced innovative ways to review virtual product ideas prior to creating physical samples, supporting sustainability

DIRECTOR, FIT TECHNOLOGY

Drove the standardization of fit and grading across women’s, men’s, and ivivva girls, influencing thousands of styles annually. Executed high profile special projects (Asia Fit, 2016 Olympics, NFL) to increase brand visibility.
•	Developed the company’s first custom women’s body form, in collaboration with Alvanon, creating a standard base size for the entire Women’s product line
•	Created Asia Fit patterns and templates to launch this size range, resulting in over $4 million in sales for the first six months and over $31 million for the first full year
•	Created custom-fit game day outfits for the Canadian Women’s Beach Volley team for the 2016 Rio Olympics
•	Delivered special sizing for outfitting NFL coaches (fitting in person on the Seahawks, et al) of the iconic ABC pants
•	Managed of a team of over 20 Pattern Engineers and Fit Specialists, overseeing the development of new blocks and seasonal styles, and providing technical fit and patternmaking training, resulting in the increased skill and advancement of team members


DIRECTOR, GLOBAL FIT

Maximized quality and speed of the Technical Design team’s output through process innovation for the development and fit approval of all brands and categories of action sport apparel.
•	Standardized grade rules for all brands/size ranges for optimum consistent fit
•	Identified common fit and construction issues and provided hands-on training to technical team for improved fit across product
•	Implemented visual, technically driven vendor sample comments for improved end results, expediting approval process
•	Supported the development, training, and implementation of Lectra PLM for effective data management
•	Executed sourcing and development for Swimwear and 365 Hybrid Activewear
•	Streamlined the swimwear development process through pattern blocks and a library of construction technical sketches to replace physical sew-bys
