I am an experienced Allocation Analyst that attended college at The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, earning a degree in Merchandise Marketing in 2005. Since graduation, I have been utilizing my experience and knowledge of planning, implementing allocation strategies in controlling store inventory and contributing to the growth of store sales and performance.

•	Supported the Buyer and working the Planning Director to achieve sales goals, per cap, inventory levels consistent with the OTB and inventory goals, SKU assortments and COGS goals
•	Worked with the Planning Director to ensure the inventory levels at each store adhere to the OTB.  Ensured that the quantities and assortments are appropriate to achieve the company’s sales, per cap and profitability objectives

Allocation Analyst - Assistant Buyer

•	Ensured that demand was met through evaluation of sales reports and communication of any oversold status to Planning and Buying teams
•	Worked closely with Planning to oversee store by store overages and assisted in consolidations
•	Ran reports based on best and worst sellers to identify potential stock outages and/or styles that should be replenished
•	Regularly reviewed changes communicated via Design and Planning.  Recommended and made necessary changes to open or file, i.e. delivery assignment, color substitutions and style changes/substitutions

Senior Merchandise Allocator

•	Collaborated with Design to create made exclusively for outlet product using current inline product and selling trends
•	Conducted all reporting for on hand inventory, sales orders, transfer orders and purchase orders; this includes a weekly inventory scorecard that snap shots retail inventory as a whole
•	Created outlet assortments and communicated closely with retail planner to execute all outlet buy plans
•	Worked closely with the Director of Business Operations to ensure units from the wholesale inventory
•	Assisted Retail Buyer with all data entry of First Quality, Employee Store and Nike Inc. seasonal line guides
•	Executed weekly drops to outlets to maintain maximum inventory capacity; ensuring all sizing and category needs were being met
•	Managed inventory operational compliance of all retail locations; including weekly communication with all of the store managers and stock leads
