In charge of creating, submitting, confirming All production and sample PO’s
• Daily communication with Global factories/ Work closely with production manager to ensure all production
lead times are met/ Execute air and sea shipments making sure all doc packs are correct
• Maintain weekly WIP’s for all styles for each Customer to ensure on time delivery and identify any potential
product delays
• Order all packaging for designated customers
• Communicate customer requirements to factory for my designated accounts
• Work with product development team/sales team to update specs/costing needed for each customer
• Tracking all factory shipments and communication with our freight forwarder/ working closely with shipping
manager to ensure packing and ship methods are maintained

Production Coordinator

• Working through various jobs due to major growth and not enough people, I started as the Production
• Coordinator in charge of creating and maintaining WIPS, tracking samples and production from factories to
warehouse, ordering bulk samples each season and fill in orders, working with production team inwhatever
else needed to be done.
• Assisting the CEO/ Owner, Jeff Kearl; handling all of his personal and professional tasks asked by him daily,
expense reports, booking and confirming all travel, scheduling all business meetings or conference calls,
answering all incoming calls or directing any inquiries, completing various projects, preparing reports by
collecting and analyzing information, maintaining office supplies, technical support, and many personal tasks
as asked by him on a daily basis.
• Office Manager: tasks such as but not limited to, answering phones, arranging all holiday/office parties,
greeting guests, setting up meetings, promo order entry, helping to book travel for any executive,
miscellaneous office tasks, shipping and receiving daily packages, and other tasks asked of me daily.
