*Write and present Lab Metric and Quality reports on a monthly basis to team members.
*Communicate quality issues to certified mill partners, customers, and executive team.
*Initiate competitive testing based on company needs or gaps in collective data.
*Travel overseas to implement new testing processes/requirements as needed.
*Assist with fabric development and selection of high performance fabrics for seasonal collections.
*Assist Sales and Product Innovation with fabric recommendations for potential or existing customers.
*Attend trade shows and symposiums to learn about market trends and current news.
*Purchase office and lab supplies.
*Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and controlled testing room.
*Demonstrate a high level of lab cleanliness and organization.
*Ensure lab safety/good lab practices are followed with required Lab Safety and Training program.
