Regional Director for one of the world’s largest marketing agencies operating globally (66 offices serving clients in 9 countries). Ensures the success of simultaneous field marketing operations in 5 major metropolitan markets annually leading a team of 15+ professionals overseeing a part-time team of 100+. Leads client and direct reports in developing and implementing market-specific strategies to increase awareness, consideration and trial of a portfolio of brands, while upholding standards for age-restricted CPGs for a Fortune 500 Client. Responsible for the effective use of variable budgets in excess of $1.2 million to achieve program goals by providing regular analysis of forecasts, productivity reports and projections for senior leadership and clients.
