In this highly collaborative role, I partnered with the Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams to advise and ensure streamlined communication of company goals and initiatives. I focused largely on communication strategy, and lead the content development initiatives as well as oversaw the communication of these company directives to an employee population across 4600+ franchisees. I wrote and edited copy for e-newsletters in alignment with the brand voice and corporate goals. I generated email blasts and utilized analytical skills to assess and measure communication strategy and effectiveness, keeping in mind to adapt strategy to maximize engagement. I also managed the teams $250,000 budget.

Communications Strategy Supervisor

In this role I supported marketing initiatives, one of the largest being a service launch of a customer facing e-commerce program. The launch of ‘Small Business Solutions’ was a service which provided third-party vendors referrals to small businesses. I oversaw the launch from the early stages of development through its execution. I developed relationships with vendors to ensure sustainability of the program, and initially interviewed and vetted 100+ vendors as well as oversaw the negotiation of contracts which increased franchisees referral fees. With this launch, I produced local and regional events, overseeing all logistics from beginning to end, to support the marketing campaigns and introduce the service to the public. 

Much of this role required the integration of services and I project managed the aligning of these services as well as the integration of products, pricing, and merchandising plans. I analyzed strategies, presented results, and collaborated with Senior Leadership 

Product Development Supervisor, Strategic Partnerships

This role introduced me to working with multi-faceted digital and traditional advertising campaigns as I coordinated the creative development of campaigns for over 4500 retail locations and 85 regional co-ops. Partnering with cross-functional teams, I evaluated the scope of work, assembled resources, monitored workflow, and ensured projects stayed within the $1.4 million budget. On a day-to-day basis, I wrote content for email campaigns and promotions, created collateral, training materials, and franchisee learning plans. I updated website content and maintained online marketing resources.

Networking and relationship development was key to this role and I initiated outreach to advertising agencies and vendors to gather vendor quotes and negotiate statements of work and business terms. 

A couple of key accomplishments during my time in this role were overseeing the creation and development of marketing solutions which helped drive revenue for franchisees, and being selected by the VP

Early on in my career, I took on this role where I coordinated camera crews and on-air talent for live news broadcasts.

I was appointed Floor Director and ran cameras along with creating graphics for newscasts.



Production Assistant

My initial role with The UPS Store HQ was a customer-facing role where I oversaw 70+ Fortune 500 corporate accounts. I launched oversight of new accounts and managed the integration with accounting systems and shipping/supply chain sales.

I supported Sales Managers by devising plans to optimize processes which improved efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of work order processes related to multi-million dollar accounts, thus enhancing these client relationships.

Client Services Coordinator

In this customer-facing role, I delivered exceptional customer service in an airport location to achieve standards for service and customer loyalty. This was a role that required a number of soft skills in communications as it often involved de-escalating situations and using discretion and diplomacy in addressing various customer needs. I also provided customer service within a high-volume call center. 

I exceeded service goals and received a promotion to Customer Care Representative which oversaw troubleshooting of escalated issues for 1,000 Reservation Agents. I was promoted to this role due to my achievement of superior ratings for adaptability and problem-solving.
