Manage Graphic Designers, Packaging Engineers and Marketing team members in identifying functional area deliverables, task interdependencies and task durations. Manage product development prototyping schedules for new designed products. Work directly with licensed partners on new product, packaging, merchandiser, marketing materials and ads. Participate in quarterly brainstorming sessions for new product ideas

Manage marketing accounts for multiple divisions of The Word & Brown Companies. 

Current responsibilities include: 
- Project management - effectively create and maintain project workflows to ensure content accuracy and deadlines.
- Email marketing campaigns - concepts, copywriting & execution.
- Direct Mail - concept, copywriting & execution.
- Database Management - maintain multiple lists for email and direct mail databases.
- Print - act as a liason to stakeholders and work with vendors to bid and purchase collateral peices, direct mailers, books, tradeshow booths & banners.
- Promotional items - act as a liason to stakeholders and work with vendors to bid and purchase customized items to be provided at events and seminars.
- Budgets - maintain marketing budgets. 
- Ads - maintain ad schedule.  
- Misc. projects as needed.
