Accounting clerk. Experience in general ledger accounting, strong in accounts payable.

I have been an Office Administrator/ Finance Assistant for the last 5 1/2 years for a non-profit organization in Long Beach. I was responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable and payroll using Quickbooks Pro 2013 and responsible for all things office related i.e. Maintaining office equipment, purchasing and leasing, HR and personnel processing and filing, office supply inventory and purchasing, fax, scan, email and mail all office correspondence. I assisted all management with various tasks, especially the Finance Director with year end closing of financials.
