Operations Manager

Production Manager

Coordinate footwear production and meet demand-supply equilibrium. Create/maintain logistics-related status charts, to help control production flow, purchase order FCST, and inventory management. Create/maintain Revenue charts for all of footwear's seasonal orders. Purpose of my position is to increase production/logistics efficiency and prevent production-to-sales loss. analyzing Purchase order data, inventory data, and sales order data in frequent intervals for optimum performance. Daily inbound shipping maintenance, using shipping schedules, informations, and Shoe Schedule.Create and maintain delivery charts for inbound shipment status and inventory control. Function as communication bridge between overseas plants and DC. Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and/or issues. Other miscellaneous special projects and/or reports for Management. 
Said special projects/reports are used during Executive meetings to make decisions regarding operations, accounting matters, and future planning. Work closely with Manager and VP of production to monitor company's revenue status per season. Work with Traffic dept to arrange and/or monitor logistics. Also work closely with IT dept to improve, customize, and innovate System.

Footwear Production Coordinator

Responsible for scheduling domestic drop  
            shipments to customers and coordinating deliveries into the DC Shoes warehouse.  
            Provide customer specific documents for each domestic drop shipment, maintaining 
            compliance with their routing guide and scheduling procedures for all domestic drop 
            shipments. Work with drop ship customers adhering to guidelines while delivering freight 
             in a timely manner. Work with warehouse staff to schedule and coordinate deliveries to 
            ensure product is in the warehouse when needed enabling other departments to have the 
            necessary information. Assist in the duty drawback program. Track all DC Shoes foreign 
            and domestic shipments which account for over 700 containers a year. Update shoe 
            schedule and apparel tracking spreadsheets. Assist Logistics manager with projects as 
            required. Work with accounting staff providing necessary information to ensure accurate 
            and timely billing to the customer. Work with sales to provide updated information.  
            Interact with footwear and apparel teams providing information on shipments, status of 
           deliveries and resolution to issues as they develop.

Logistics Supervisor

Responsible for scheduling domestic drop shipments and coordinating deliveries into the DC Shoes warehouse. Update & maintain company's WIP & SS on server, Track Foreign to foreign shipments for footwear, apparel, and accessories.  Set scheduling/delivery appointments with domestic vendors and freight forwarders to distribution center. Assist sales, production, management, and other departments with any pertinent issues. Help manager and/or supervisor with daily workload. Complete breakdowns and process documents on all incoming shipments, then forward to broker as part of U.S. Customs/duty drawback program. Keep incoming shipments up-to-date in all regards. Sample tracking and updating for production and development departments. Answer phone, respond to daily e-mails, print and file all necessary documents

Logistics Assistant

Handle busy phones, provide customer service answering questions and providing support.  Assist sales team with invoices and orders, Act as accounts payable liaison, human resources liaison, and technical support liaison, managing office supplies, and providing technical support for office equipment.  Provide administrative assistance to Managing Director as needed. Event planning.

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Provided efficient service to serving area, chosen employee of the month, winner of several marketing contests, handled customer service and cash intake, assisted with inventory control, organized dining room, trained new wait staff, bus people, and hostesses.

Wait Person

Interact with customers regarding order inquiry, update and expedite sales orders, monitor production progress.  Maintain customer database using Goldmine and Access.  Manage purchase order process from placing to closing when complete.   Handle busy phones, greeting visitors and vendors, manage office supplies and office equipment, maintain company directories and employee database, process all shipping and UPS.  Assist executives with marketing documents using Quark Xpress, correspondence and communication using Word and Excel.
