County Commissioner

Currently serving four year term on local governmental, publicly-elected board with four other commissioners.
Collectively act as extension of Wyoming state government for Teton County, Wyoming.
•   Create county/ local public policy, manage land development regulations and oversee county budgeting, preservation
and conservation initiatives.
•   In 2016 successfully ran six month election campaign effectively using social media e.g. Facebook, Instagram, and custom content e.g. writing responses for local newspapers, speaking at forums. Actively executed grass roots
campaign which included door to door visits, public appearances e.g. panels. Won election with most number of votes
ever for Teton County candidate and lowest cost per vote e.g. effectively managed donations.

VOLUNTEER

Served on five member Executive Team. Managed ten person full-time staff and various project-based subcontractors.
Determined staffing and sub-contactor requirements. Interviewed, hired and trained new employees and oversaw
personnel processes.
•   Developed business development strategies. Executed myriad of projects ranging from $20,000 USD to $1.5mm USD
with following responsibilities: overseeing budgets, monitoring project requirements and deliverables, scheduling, and providing logistic support.
•   Established risk management and standard operating procedures to ensure safety and response strategies.
•   Acted as liaison for athletes, clients, strategic partners, government officials and media representatives. Leveraged
these relationships to develop new creative and business opportunities and cross collaborate.
•   Supervised and coordinated activities/processes for employees, subcontractors and talent on location. Managed
creative development, supervised content editing teams, and delivered schedules for multiple projects.
•   Oversaw management of complex logistics e.g., worked with aviation and equipment companies to lease helicopters, fixed wing aircraft, submitted insurance, legal documents and film permit applications for federal, state, city and private
entities.
•   Collaborated with marketing and production staff to integrate effective content strategies across multiple sales channels.
Assisted in contract negotiations with sponsors and online partners.
•   Produced films e.g., 15 films, seven television shows, and customized weekly Internet content.
•   Collaborated with web, multimedia and art staff to create compelling content that promotes client brand stories.
•   Operated motion picture cameras to record scenes for television broadcasts, advertising, web media, motion, and still
pictures.
•   Implemented environmental sustainability programs e.g., recycling, conservation to decrease carbon footprint.
