Objective

Provide 24/7 support for broadband SATCOM Arclight II services in a forward deployed
environment. Utilize skills across various platforms to ensure maximum uptime for service including
IF/RF as well as IT infrastructures.


Provide 24/7 support and implement solutions for secure networking architectures and
satellite/terrestrial communications protocols and applications. Troubleshoot complex hardware,
software, and configuration issues. Perform proactive maintenance to upgrade and/or harden
existing systems and also bring up new systems across the globe.
