20+ years of credit, accounts receivable, and customer service management experience, coupled with a tremendous drive for success, relationship building and innovation. I believe in building a strong team capable of adapting to a constantly changing business environment.
The basis of my positive results is rooted in the success I've achieved building teams based on positive attitude, a team first mindset and strong work ethic. I have consistently searched for wasted effort, worked to stream-line and modernize processes and searched out available technology and automation in order to increase analysis and efficiency. My ability to make quick but strong decisions and identify challenges while offering viable solutions has attributed to my positive results at all stops.
All of these components have allowed my teams to focus on reducing DSO, minimizing credit risk and bad debt exposure, maximizing sales, building strong customer relationships, and increasing overall success within unique customer channels and sales teams.

Specialties: Using my experience in credit/accounts receivable, customer service and retail management to bridge credit department/sales department divides, create strong and lasting professional relationships, credit monitoring, customer dispute resolution, deduction management, process/procedure creation, bank and merchant account onboarding, and most importantly as an A/R Director and manager...strong cash collection. I've also succeeded in being a positive team member and contributor to the implementation of multiple ERP systems; including SAP and Microsoft Axapta.
