Establish structure and oversee new division for an established $50 Million dollar domestic contract apparel manufacturing entity.  Wrote and presented to CEO/Ownership the Sales and Business plan outlining market, distribution channels, budgets and merchandise for worldwide distribution of product line.  Developed a channel partner system and pioneered, negotiated and managed business relationships.  Directs and oversees an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Sets short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales programs.  Working with our various departments I oversee product brand creation, category management and merchandising for the global apparel product line.  Additionally responsible for managing strategic marketing plans, department budgets, in-store, affiliate, dealer and distribution marketing and sales programs, as well as account relationships and presentations.  Working very closely with product development/design communicating market needs while creating and identifying new opportunities for our business to capitalize on.  Worked directly with and advised VP, CEO and Owners with Sales, Product and Marketing needs to establish our Global Brand Strategy.
