- Sourcing for all products both overseas and domestic. Negotiate all pricing with vendors to ensure we are getting competitive rates from suppliers.

Product & Business Development

•	Negotiated and managed a half million-dollar special purchase order with Wal-Mart including PDQ development, licensing agreement, and manufacturing partners.
•	Managed the launch of 3 different product brands on Amazon by implementing item set up, FBA inventory management, brand registry, paid marketing and strategy, resulting in $1M in sales, year one.
•	Developed and managed cross-functional teams, leveraging data to drive strategic solutions resulting in elevated organizational performance and increased revenue. 
•	Implemented marketing research plans ultimately increasing market penetration and overall revenue growth by introducing new products.


Business and Product Development Manager

•	Developed and maintained 3 different brands, overseeing product design, development, and graphic design calendars, which included multiple catalogs, new product tech packs, marketing and sales collateral, and photo shoots.
