Creative and marketing consultation for the automotive, technology and investment sectors. With the automotive industry, both aftermarket and OEM, with an emphasis on European brands. Assist dealerships with marketing efforts to collaborate with specialty tuners and vendors. Spearhead and implement special events such as track days, customer outreach events and brand loyalty promotions, including the creative direction of marketing collateral for each event. 

Consult with independent dealers and tuners with optimization of vehicles to maintain OEM operating standards. Efficiently operate within the marketing budgets of each client while producing very creative campaigns. From Art Direction, down to production work and Photography, direct all aspects whether by an employee or myself to drive the promised results.

Purchase and sale, transactional processing of pre-owned vehicles and residential properties, whether by brokerage or direct to consumer. Development of process to acquire vehicles and homes for demands of customer or investment. Acquisition of necessary components to ensure customer is satisfied.

• Successfully launched Model 3 in Southern California Market
• Lead, motivate and inspire a team of 30+ employees. 
• Streamlined delivery operations by pioneering and implementing an interactive, electronic flowchart map that updates in real time, drastically increasing efficiency.
• Spearheaded the re-introduction of merchandise and automotive accessories sales in Orange County which stimulated sales growth by over 1,000% in just 30 days and attained the highest revenues in North America in Q4 2018.
• Consistently evolve operations strategy to meet goals in a high volume delivery environment effectively, the 2nd largest delivery center globally for Tesla.
• Design, facilitate and create all materials for on-boarding training for all new delivery staff, including complex technical vehicle systems, financial and legal documents, and all Tesla operational procedures.
• Successfully coached and mentored 14 employees into promoted roles within the company.
• Coordination with 3rd party vendors to increase efficiencies in workflow including replacing or growing accountability for vendors.
• Handle intricacies of delivery escalations including resolution of financing, contract and configuration concerns and de-escalating customers in person and via telephone/email correspondences.
• Maintain a strict, disciplined cadence of daily operations to ensure facility flow is optimal while maintaining assurance of accountability for store cleanliness, closing/opening checklists.

Delivery Operations & Training Manager

Responsibilities for this position include training, marketing and white glove customer service. Using my experience with technology in both cars and computer science, I instruct and educate both customers and employees. Using creative still and motion photography techniques I have produced and appeared in several customer-facing images and videos. I call attention to the brands' social media platforms for appropriate outreach, achieving increased customer retention and acquisition.

Attention to detail to ensure website, eBay listings, and any digital products maintained properly. Management of effective communication for ensuring up to date marketing and information collateral. Continual advancement in learning & development using several educational methods.

Training Manager

Full creative direction of marketing materials, outdoor advertisements, and photography of high-line vehicles. Using automotive advertisement strategies, market research and aftermarket enthusiast input to address the key demographics. My work yielded increased public interest in the dealership. My consulting included car customization for optimal vehicle performance and aesthetics.

Art Director & Photographer

Mobile network administration and communications/technology setup for the set and all mobile offices. Full diagnosis and maintenance of personnel Apple computers and any other technology related issues. Research and development, design and installation for audio/visual and telecommunications for new home. Responsible for acquiring rural area telecommunications and technology protocol on all remote sites.

Production Tech

Exemplified a friendly customer service approach to accommodate customer satisfaction. Assisted with technical inquiries regarding all Apple products. Full extensive diagnosis of Apple computers and other products found to have errors. Complete analysis of procedures available to execute an amicable solution to repairs needed. Implementation of any necessary technical hardware and software procedures to facilitate repairs.
