Operations Manager
*Manages and distribution of performance reports for the 3 business channels—inside sales, outside sales, and processing.
*Researches and creates ad hoc reporting from database (Salesforce) for management forecasting and trend analysis 
*Handles the procurement of goods and services for 8 offices and the record keeping through Erequester.
*Initiates contact with vendors for services and maintaining these relationships.
*Assists in special projects for departments—Allocation of assets, determining incentive results, handling logistics of acquiring new vendors, and researching new products.

Allocation/Planning Analyst
*Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocations, delivery, and final disposal of resources.
*Monitor $2 million inventory per week to over 165 stores out of Commerce, CA.
*Maintain corporate communication links for store interaction and corporate directives.
*Improve company’s turn and weeks’ of supply by reducing scrapped dollars.
*Liaison for all stores’ merchandising issues.
*Partner with the buying divisions to successfully execute all allocations per supply chain vision and strategy.
*Build rapport with Distribution Center personnel to ensure execution of directives.

Allocation/Planning Analyst

Jet Apparel Group Inc. distributes off-price casual apparel and accessories for men, women, and children specifically for discount retailers, store chains, and boutiques.

Inventory Analyst
*Track shipments, purchase orders, and sales orders of Buying Department.
*Resolve inventory variances with vendor and warehouse--over-shipment, shortages, and cancellations.
*Allocation of inventory to ensure merchandise flow and fulfillment of all sales orders.
*Advise sales team of product availability and potential problems to ensure on time deliveries.
*Monitor and enter inventory and purchased orders into MAS90/MAS200 inventory system.
*Reconciliation of company records of invoice and payments against vendors’ statements of outstanding invoices.
