Technical Footwear Development Manager

-Develop & Engineer Advanced technical product & applications.
-Manage Development & Engineering of Snowboard boots from proto to commercialization for all genders
-Create BOM’s for Snowboard boots and Latin American local development
-Manage all Latin American local Development & Engineering from proto to commercialization for all
genders
-Continue to manage the integration of Latin America product, practices & procedures
-Daily communication & affiliation with Merchandising, Design, Production, Vendors & Factories to work
towards the completion of the end product on time
-Manage the implementation of new Latin American Factories and vendors.
-Directly involved in advanced technologies, last’s, mold’s, development, testing & decision making
-Develop, Engineer multiple categories across all genders: Skate, Casual, Training, Sandals, WR/WP
Boots, Snowboard Boots
-Review & approve Samples, Patterns, Construction, Materials, B/P’s, Lasts, Molds, MCC, Tech Packs,
Specs, Grading & CAD’s
-Work to improve seasonal costing
-Develop new and innovative concepts
-Manage Season Global calendar and exceed all deadlines.

-Maintain all responsibilities and duties of previous supervisory role.
-Manage global product testing team & oversee testing department for Quiksilver, DC & Roxy across all
lines
-Advanced Wear testing program to higher capabilities
-Created several outside testing affiliations
-Review and approve new product development samples with developers.
-Review and approve patterns, specs, b/p, materials, constructions, etc with developers.

Footwear Testing and Developmemt Manager

-Supervise global product testing team & oversee testing department for Quiksilver, DC & Roxy across all lines
-Manage & adhere to seasonal global calendar & timelines for 3 brands
Manage, create & implement department procedures, guidelines & practices for all 3 brands
-Develop & manage all outside Product testing for all 3 brands
-Approve fit & wear testing for a 3 brands
-Analyze testing reports & samples to find positive solutions for issues
-Develop, engineer, test & commercialize advance technologies & footwear across all 3 bands
-Daily communication & affiliation with Merchandising, Design & Production to work towards the

-Work with and try to improve all types of Materials: Leather, Synthetics, textiles, plastics, metals, foams,
rubbers, etc

Sandals, WR/WP Boots, Snowboard Boots
-Create & issue specs (BOM) to vendors for end development phase & commercialization
-Review & Approve: Samples, Patterns, Construction, Materials, B/P’s, Lasts, Molds, MCC, Tech Packs,Specs, CAD’s
-Managed integration of Latin America development & commercialization: product, practices & procedures
-Hold & run footwear testing, development & commercialization phase meetings daily
-Review material lab test results & approve or find alternative solutions
