Played an integral role in opening the largest Utah location for the Colorado-based company. Responsible for daily operations of a 10,000-square-foot store with more than $2 million in inventory while maintaining positive growth in gross sales from season to season. Advised corporate buyers on the hard and soft good needs of the Utah market—helping lead to increased overall sales each year between 15% and 45%.

Oversaw sales growth and marketing strategies and partnerships with brands and local businesses. Evaluated daily sales numbers and goals; handled all staffing responsibilities—payroll budget, hiring, training, scheduling, and terminating employees. Managed online order fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, P&L, FV special orders, deliveries, rental reservations and marketing, and warranty procedures. 

Led a team of 15+ employees in sales, rental and equipment repair. Performed custom ski and snowboard boot fitting and insole creation based on the MasterFit educational approach. Oversaw all repair shop operations and trained staff on the use and maintenance of Wintersteiger and MONTANA tuning equipment. Attend numerous SIA and OIA trade shows and events. Built lasting customer relationships while offering clients the latest advice on products and industry trends.
