Lead the strategy, implementation and direction of SWELL.com's creative, email, and eCommerce marketing programs. Directed social media strategy and vendor/brand collaborations. Conceptualized and managed the yearly promotional strategy based on budget and top/bottom line directives. Managed the eCommerce strategy and platform, and designed all site assets. Provided creative direction for site, user experience, user interface, on location and in studio photo shoots, private label men's clothing design, and the men's and women's consumer catalogs. Developed microsites for brand activations. Managed marketing budget. Managed creative and social teams, and hired / developed new talent. During my tenure I doubled the size of the engaged database for retention campaigns, successfully implemented promotional and product story strategies leading to the largest daily revenues in the company's history, instituted new design standards and templates across channels, and helped guide the company through new ownership transition.
