Brand Manager

Having worked on a variety of products I understand innovation from both a product and process standpoint. I am able to foster creativity as well as manage the NPD process to achieve new and innovative products. 

My professional goals include being able to grow businesses within international markets and meet the market needs to maximize product sales as well as efficiency.

Brand and Product Manager
Upon the acquisition of OMC, I was hired to help develop a new product line of 100% natural mattresses, as well as work as part of a team to re-brand Oregon Mattress Co.  With both degrees in Business and Design, I had a unique opportunity to manage both Marketing and Design projects. 

Branding and Marketing 
•	Managed projects from beginning through to completion – oversaw the development and completion of multiple ongoing projects. 
•	Established brand identity of Oregon Mattress, Sivana and VÉRITÉ brands – including logo design, working with agencies to develop brand stories, website development.
•	Fostered relationships with business partners to ensure delivery dates of POS and Marketing Materials. 
•	Created Consumer Focus – Made sure brands focused on consumer’s needs and desires. Focused on meeting consumer needs through research, feedback from sales reps and delivery of appropriate messaging and products. 
•	Competitive Analysis 

English teacher to students ranging from ages 4-12. Created Lesson plans as well as testing materials, provided progress reports each student.

-Hosiery and Socks-
Create pogs and planograms for hosiery. Design graphics and trend driven socks and tights for private label. Set up and organize show room for presentations and 
meetings. Organize and review incoming samples. Update artwork; create DRF’s for various styles.

-Backpacks and Luggage-
Create technical spec packages for backpacks and luggage. Maintain and keep track of product updates across various brands and categories. Keep detailed notes for product changes. Comment on product samples, including color approvals for factories, select appropriate materials and hardware.

Accessories Designer

Researched color trends specific to KEEN consumer. Created color and inspiration boards to communicate color direction for upcoming seasons; developed seasonal color palette. Helped organize colorways to ensure various footwear and accessory lines merchandised together. Communicated with development and product line managers to create valid color direction for the KEEN consumer. Worked with international sales to create SMU colorways.
