•	Manage and improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization’s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow management, business process and organizational planning
•	Created a sales program that increased accounts and revenues across both domestic and international platforms
•	Managed sales staff, and created incentive programs with clear direction to achieve set goals
•	Created a program to establish a “hands on” relationship with key retail accounts and distributers
•	Created a campaign that drove traffic directly into the retail channels and increased average sales by 32% over 2 years
•	Management of overall company budget in coordination with CFO
•	Create and oversee short and long-term organizational planning and strategy 
•	Oversee house brands product development team and ensure all timelines and targets for new development is being adhered to. In addition, ensuring adequate trend new product development
•	Budget for, implement and actively manage house brands marketing efforts
•	Manage Video Edits, Feature Full Lengths, as well as B Role and  image assets
•	Manage house brands team of riders. This includes, but is not limited to, writing contracts, approving stipends or contingencies, hiring and firing of riders, as appropriate, etc…
•	Drive execution of marketing and social media strategy across social channels, including day-to-day updates, response management, and proactive engagement of industry influencers and economical buyers
•	Coordinate event planning and grassroots marketing efforts, such as shop tours, contest series
•	Develop and manage pages and streams on popular social networking websites including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Flickr, Tumblr, and Hookit
•	Manage athlete video’s with media outlets providing back story to encourage coverage
