Oversee design and develop concepts with comprehensive solutions that are in line with Tesla sustainability philosophies while fulfilling business and consumer needs.

Lead Design, Global Merchandise

Summarize the season's inspiration as well as gather data from sales and management to map out the actionable items with the team. Provide seasonal direction and details to elaborate on as well as sketches, fabrications, inspo samples, feelings, trim, color, texture, ideas and visual target with the design team. Review all creative content with creative director at design review, implement any changes and plan out development with technical designer and merchandisers. Review all design for timing and placement with the factory for sample development or production. Confirm all fabric direction (after sourcing+ development) for sampling or production timeline according to the calendar and inform digital marketing and sales of WIP.  Sit in on all fittings and make final confirmation and suggestions. Always offering to help and assist the development team with problem-solving and adaptive thinking techniques. Promoting a positive and encouraging workflow to reinforce the idea that "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts".

The resulting collection invoked a sense of leisure, class, and a nostalgic sensibility that belies yet complements its contemporary flair. In summation: LOVA added a nuanced elegance to any man's wardrobe.
