I have a 10+ year background in Outdoor & Active fashion where I've lent my design expertise to major global brands such as Nike, Adidas and Burton Snowboards. I have managed entire collections and design teams, worked on-site with overseas factories, and personally met with and designed for a wide range of high profile clients including celebrities and pro-athletes (singer Gwen Stefani, NBA all star Chris Paul and women's snowboarding olympic gold medalist Chloe Kim to name a few).

My personal design aesthetic & ethos is colorful, irreverent, vibrant, feminist, positive, whimsical, inclusive, and environmentally conscious. I have applied this filter to my extensive work in Apparel Design while incorporating appropriate trends and staying brand-relevant.

Curate and direct overall design aesthetic  for Women's & Girl's Technical Outerwear, Lifestyle Outerwear, and Apparel (sweaters, knits and wovens) as well as Men's/ Women's/ & Youth Winter Accessories (beanies, socks, base layer, face layer). Manage team of 4 in house designers as well as external contract designers. Approve and guide team members' design work as well as personally design a portion of the line.

Senior Design Manager- Outerwear/ Apparel/ Winter Accessories

Men's Lifestyle & Basketball Performance Apparel, including knits, wovens, fleece, tops, bottoms & outerwear. Design within tight margin restrictions, travel to and work directly with factories overseas, present design concepts in front of large groups of people including design & business leadership and professional athletes.

---Nominated to be a member of the Nike Global Trend Council (internal trend forecasting and analysis for all of Nike design)

Apparel Designer II- Jordan Brand

Implement knowledge of garment construction, costing, fabrication, and technical design to create men's & women's outerwear, apparel & accessories that are functional and meet pricepoints. Respond to current trends and feedback from sales to produce designs that fit the brand's aesthetic and are extremely successful. Establish timelines and manage team members to maintain deadlines. Work closely with production to ensure designs meet high quality standards, and offer solutions to any issues that may arise.
